Puppies have theirs tails docked and dew claws removed. At three and five weeks they're wormed,
and Phoebe has been on a worming regiment to prevent roundworms from passing to the pups.
Before they depart, they will have their first round of vaccinations. We also preventatively treat
for coccidia, which otherwise can cause unpleasant diarrhea during the transition to their new home due to stress.
They will be just shy of 6 weeks old on Christmas day, so if you're thinking picking up for a Christmas surprise, the
earliest I can let them go would be Christmas eve, and only after I'm sure the pup and home is ready.
